If you’re looking for English Breakfast then go no further. This is our version of the traditional breakfast tea, composed of a perfectly balanced blend of high grade black teas from China, India, and Sri Lanka. This should be your choice for an everyday black tea.
Tasting Notes: Malty, black pepper, apples, dark chocolate, woody, full bodied.
Drinking Recommendation: Hot with milk, no sugar.
Product Note: 1 ounce of loose-leaf tea typically yields 5 to 8 cups of tea.

Steeping Information
Steep for 4 minutes using 212ºF (100ºC) water.Start with 1 tsp of loose tea, then add 1 tsp per 8oz of water. For example, a 16oz teapot will use 3 tsp of tea.Black Tea

This is my favoite tea and i buy it in bulk. I even mix it with some of the other teas to create a bolder black flavor on some of the flavored teas.

I enjoy so many of the teas from London Tea Merchant, but the London Tea Room Blend was disappointing. It had little flavor, especially compared to all of the other teas I use regularly from The London Tea Merchant
Hi Marci. I'm so happy to hear that you love so many of our tea blends. The London Tea Room blend is not a flavored tea (other than just the straight taste of tea). We created the blend from Ceylon, Assam and Keemun teas to make our version of an English Breakfast blend. Many of our teas such as the popular Naughty vicar are flavored and quite different in that respect from the traditional breakfast teas. No worries though, we have lots of great flavored teas for those that aren't so fond of unflavored teas.
