Grown between 1800 and 2050 meters above sea level in the cloud forests of the Andes, Roasted Emerald has a delicate vegetal profile that’s very reminiscent of a traditionally roasted Chinese tea. It makes an excellent introductory green tea due to its soft flavor and light body.
Tasting Notes: Buttery, water chestnut, almond, romaine, lightly vegetal.
Drinking Recommendation: Hot, no milk or sugar.
Product Note: 1 ounce of loose-leaf tea typically yields 5 to 8 cups of tea.

Steep for 2 minutes using 170ºF (77ºC) water.Start with 1 tsp of loose tea, then add 1 tsp per 8oz of water. For example, a 16oz teapot will use 3 tsp of tea.Green Tea
