We blended this as an homage to the style of tea commonly consumed in North Africa and the Middle East. It's a humble drink with Chinese green tea and spearmint, lending it a full flavor with a mild natural sweetness that’s accentuated when prepared traditionally with abundant amounts of sugar.
Tasting Notes: Spearmint, wintergreen, jasmine, more mint, calming.
Drinking Recommendation: Hot with sugar. Also try traditional methods, which can be found by searching for “Moroccan tea” or “Maghrebi tea” online.
Product Note: 1 ounce of loose-leaf tea typically yields 5 to 8 cups of tea.

Steep for 2 minutes using 170ºF (77ºC) water.Start with 1 tsp of loose tea, then add 1 tsp per 8oz of water. For example, a 16oz teapot will use 3 tsp of tea.Green Tea
