This blend combines the amazing fragrance of lavender blossoms with the citrusy scent of bergamot oil. According to legend, the Earl Grey was drinking a cup of tea while sitting next to a lavender bush when a gust of wind blew a flower into his cup. The beautiful aroma lulled the Earl to sleep, and when he awoke he ordered his servants to craft the tea that would become Lavender Earl Grey.
Tasting Notes: Lavender, bergamot, slight astringency, full body.
Drinking Recommendation: Hot with milk and honey.
Product Note: 1 ounce of loose-leaf tea typically yields 5 to 8 cups of tea.

Steeping Information
Steep for 4 minutes using 212ºF (100ºC) water.Start with 1 tsp of loose tea, then add 1 tsp per 8oz of water. For example, a 16oz teapot will use 3 tsp of tea.Black Tea
