Keemun {from Qimen County in China} was one of the major teas imported by the British before the mass production of tea in their Indian colonies. Back in the 1800s Keemun would have been the English Breakfast tea. Today it still reigns as one of the best breakfast teas you can get.
Tasting Notes: Brown sugar, barley, apples, malty, Scotch.
Drinking Recommendation: Hot with milk and/or sugar.
Product Note: 1 ounce of loose-leaf tea typically yields 5 to 8 cups of tea.

Steeping Information
Steep for 4 minutes using 212ºF (100ºC) water.Start with 1 tsp of loose tea, then add 1 tsp per 8oz of water. For example, a 16oz teapot will use 3 tsp of tea.Black Tea
