Steeping Information

Steep for 4 minutes using 212ºF (100ºC) water.Start with 1 tsp of loose tea, then add 1 tsp per 8oz of water. For example, a 16oz teapot will use 3 tsp of tea.Black Tea

Best Ceylon Tea I've Had

This is an amazing tea that has such a complex aroma and great taste. Do yourself a favor and warm up your brewing vessel before adding the leaf, let the leaf then warm up, and stick your nose in there for some amazing smells.
