Un fantástico Darjeeling cotidiano desde las estribaciones del Himalaya. El propietario de este jardín de té le puso el nombre de su hija, a quien le encantaba visitar el jardín y falleció a una edad temprana en la década de 1930. Este Darjeeling se recoge durante la segunda cosecha y es aromático y ligeramente dulce.
Notas de cata: Moscatel, azucenas, jacinto, orégano, meloso.
Recomendación de bebida: Caliente con leche, sin azúcar.
Nota del producto: 1 onza de té de hojas sueltas normalmente produce X tazas de té.

Steep for 3 minutes using 195ºF (90ºC) water. Start with 1 tsp of loose tea, then add 1 tsp per 8oz of water. For example, a 16oz teapot will use 3 tsp of tea. Oolong

A mellower Darjeeling. Easy drinking and sets itself apart from regular black teas and other Darjeelings. Super flavorful with some floral hints and just great for any time of day (when you don't mind caffeine).
I regularly drink at least two cups of tea a day, and I cycle through about 3-5 black teas. This is a go-to that I always have in stock. It's a perfect everyday tea; smooth and not too strong or bitter. I take it back, but it's a nice base for anything you'd like; lemon or sugar. If I had to choose just 3 teas forever, this would be one of them.
