General Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then you may return the item to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item(s), less any shipping charges. Returned items should be unused and in the original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund once we receive the return, excluding the original shipping charge. 

Please note that loose leaf tea is only returnable if unopened.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. If the item(s) are broken or lost in-transit during the return then we will not issue a refund, so we recommend purchasing insurance for fragile items.

Faulty Product Return Policy

If an item arrives broken, spoiled, or otherwise faulty then we want to make it right. Send a photo showing the issue to support@londonteamerchant.com, and we can either send you a replacement or issue a full refund of the item.
